The assessment day is an essential part of our evaluation process as it allows us to put together the best group of 90 - those who have demonstrated the potential and desire to make a difference and who are committed to learning from each other. It also allows you to evaluate us. This complete evaluation incorporates:
- Personal interview
A member of the admissions committee conducts the interview with the aim of getting to know you and developing a better understanding of your career progression and key achievements. - Impromptu presentation
When you arrive, you will be given a business topic on which to prepare a five minute presentation. This gives you an opportunity to demonstrate, amongst other things, your communication and presentation skills. - Case study
You will discuss a mini case study with other interview candidates, led by a professor. This will give you a feel for our teaching methods and us a feel for how you will contribute in this kind of setting. - MBA class observation
If possible, you will sit in and observe our MBAs in the auditorium. This helps you to assess us and our teaching style, just as we will be assessing you and your potential. - Lunch with MBAs
Talk to our current participants and ask them any questions you have about their experiences.
Following your assessment, the admissions committee reviews your candidacy and compares it to others. Normally, we will confirm if you have been selected as one of the unique members of the following year's class within two weeks of your interview.
Asian interview dates
* Must have applied to 1 February or 1 April 2012 application deadlines to be eligible.
- Singapore: 25 May, 2012
- Hong Kong: 27 May, 2012
Middle East interview dates
*Must have applied at the latest by 1 June, 2012 application deadline to be eligible.
- Beirut: 25 August, 2012
Latin America interview dates
* Must have applied at the latest by 1 August 2012 application deadline to be eligible.
- Sao Paulo: 8 September, 2012
The applicant is responsible for all travel expenses.
