IMD Issue 10: 2015
REAL LEARNING@IMD
Dear Reader,

According to IMD's World Competitiveness Center, there's a lot a country can do to shape policy and promote talent. There's also a lot organizations can do to enrich and develop their people.

Recently taking place in Singapore, IMD's Orchestrating Winning Performance (OWP) program provided a platform for discovery and improvement in talent and beyond. The program finale, a Mega Dive, highlighted a new dimension of learning that companies can implement without permission or investment. Learn about this method and get more highlights in this issue.

Best regards,

The IMD Webletter Team
