Get a glimpse of IMD’s OWP in Singapore
November 2016

Of the many adjectives that could describe IMD’s Orchestrating Winning Performance taking place in Singapore, diverse is one of the most distinguishing. Symbolically flying the flags of many nations, the program’s 120 participants represent 34 nationalities and come from 86 companies. These statistics make this week’s program not only a truly international program, but also one that enables idea sharing and innovation thanks to the various business sectors represented.

To further facilitate innovation, the program offers a unique Mega Dive experience – a giant team approach to developing solutions to challenges or opportunities by combining brainstorming and prototyping.

OWP Singapore also puts forward a diverse schedule with topics including digital business, leadership, innovation, strategy and family business.

Professor Arturo Bris, Director of the IMD World Competitiveness Center, kicks off the program in releasing results from the third annual World Talent Report in his keynote on the economy of the future.

Other keynote speakers include Desmond Kuek Bak Chye, President and Group CEO of Singapore’s public transport operator SMRT, and Kartika Wirjoatmodjo (Tiko), President Director and CEO of PT Bank Mandiri, Indonesia.

This is the fourth year IMD runs OWP in Singapore and the second consecutive year at Capella, a luxurious resort on Singapore’s Sentosa Island.

IMD delivers programs and services from key locations around the world. Since 2013, Singapore has become an important hub for IMD’s executive education offering.
