IMD professor wins prestigious research prize

Albrecht Enders receives a CEEMAN Champion Award for his contributions to the field of management

CEEMAN, the European-based international management association, has given Albrecht Enders one of its Champion Awards for his outstanding and applicable research on discontinuous change and CEO narcissism. The prize was presented at a ceremony on 26 September at the CEEMAN annual conference in Budapest.

Launched in 2010, the CEEMAN (Central and Eastern European Management Association) Champion Awards recognize and promote outstanding achievements by faculty, management, and staff from CEEMAN member institutions. The award categories are teaching, research, institutional management, and responsible management education.

Professor Enders' research on discontinuous change and CEO narcissism has been published in leading academic journals, and has been recognized by awards from institutions such as the Academy of Management, EFMD, The Case Centre, and now CEEMAN.

Albrecht Enders is Professor of Strategy and Innovation at IMD. He is the director of the Advanced Strategic Management (ASM) program and teaches in the Orchestrating Winning Performance (OWP) program. The next edition of OWP takes place in Singapore on 17-22 November 2014.
