“IMD is a way to improve ourselves, innovate and stay in contact with other industries,” stated Jill Székely, an executive in the banking industry and a Committee Member for the Career Women’s Forum based in Geneva.

Székely offers such words of praise after having gone through IMD’s Strategic Leadership for Women program as well as the Program for Executive Development. She is thinking about applying for IMD’s Executive MBA.

Along with her educational and professional pursuits, Székely is also running for political office in Geneva and is a mother of three. She elaborated on her IMD experience, being a female executive and other topics in the following video interview.
