How can I create an account?

In the top right corner of the website, click Create an account. Enter the requested information. The email address you enter will become your username. If your company is an IMD CLN* Member, please specify your company name, and click Next. In the following window, check the box "I have read and agree to these terms and conditions" and click Create account.

I don't remember my password, how can I retrieve it?

You can retrieve your username and set a new password by clicking on the below link and providing your email address.

How can I change my password?

Method 1: Retrieve your MyIMD account using the above link, enter your email address and you will receive an automatic email from IMD which will allow you to set a new password. Once you receive the email, click on the Click here to set your password button.

Method 2: In the top right corner of the website, click on the Sign In button. Once logged in, click on Edit account and from there you can change your password by clicking on Account and then Edit your password.

How can I change my username?

In the top right corner of the website, click on the Sign In button. Once logged in, click on Edit account and from there you can change your username by clicking on Account and then editing the Login email field.

Your username must be an email address!

How do I update my profile?

In the top right corner of the website, click on the Sign In button. Once logged in, click on Edit account and click on the Profile tab.

Your profile is divided into 7 sections: » Profile » Private contact details » Career biography » Interests » Current employment details » Employment history » Educational background.

Where can I access my Program Portal?

In the top right corner of the website, click on the Sign In button. Once logged in, click on Edit account and click on the Program Portal tab.

The list of available programs will appear. If your program does not appear, please contact your IMD Program Coordinator.
