If you would like to join OWP as a team, there are three ways in which we can customize the program for you.

Option 1: Take advantage of team streams on offer
You follow the standard program offer but select one or both of the special team streams on offer:

For best results, we recommend you sign up for both as they are designed to be complementary sessions.
Option 2: Plan a special team session during the week with a dedicated Faculty
We bring your team together once during the week, to brainstorm on a given topic with the guidance of an IMD Faculty. This can be organized as an evening session in parallel to the standard OWP program offer.
Option 3: Customize your entire OWP program
If you wish to address more thoroughly a critical strategic challenge and reflect on how your team operates, we can customize the entire week's program for you.
This is how it will work:
In the morning, your team will attend the plenary and stream sessions open to all participants. These sessions will help your team gain clarity on strategic priorities and prepare you for execution. This will also be your chance to mix and network with people from across industries and geographies. In the afternoon, your team will attend customized team sessions specially tailored to address your specific needs, to take your team to the next level.
Whatever format you choose, the OWP team will engage with you ahead of the program, to ensure we develop a customized OWP experience that will inspire you and your team for years to come.
