This program was designed for you - the newly appointed Chief Learning Officer; the Head of Talent and Development; the person overseeing leadership development, management training, or learning technology. Whether you lead a corporate university, an academy or parts of your organization's learning business, we have developed this program with you in mind. We know that whether you have an HR background, a business background, or a background in the field of corporate learning - you almost certainly have been suffering from the cobbler's children syndrome - devoting all your energy trying to meet your customers' learning needs while neglecting your very own. But the learning function has grown in importance and in visibility over the last few years.
