TUI needed to innovate, by getting its key people away from their daily routines and providing them the space to focus on new ideas that could differentiate the company.

TUI is part of a custom global leadership program with IMD that serves as an innovation lab and provides an arena to present non-traditional ideas and get buy in from top people.

Impact

TUI has won accolades in the tourism industry and beyond with an innovative wristband called the Smart Band, an idea that came to fruition because of the IMD lab.
