The approach taken by the IMD CEO Learning Center is to facilitate learning through dialogue, reflection and experience. The Center aims to create a safe environment for CEOs to learn by exploring their experiences together with other CEOs and with the guidance of IMD faculty. The Center also works together with CEOs and their executive teams to enhance collaboration and performance.

CEO Retreat

August 23-26, 2017

In a uniquely confidential setting, CEOs will explore their own triggers and obstacles to learning through regular reflection and by tapping into the perspectives of IMD faculty, executive coaches, and peers in small groups. This shift to deeper learning has the potential to reinvent the role of CEO and eventually lead to a sense of resolution.
