During this Discovery Event we will examine and explore the links between strategy, operations and finance through the lens of the "business model" framework. Participants will have the opportunity to work on a real case by formulating and then setting into operation the strategy of a B2C company competing in the UK retail market.
Then the transition to finance will be made, discussing how each component of the business model is reflected in the financial analysis.
The principal objective of this Discovery Event is to provide an integrative, decision making framework that starts with strategic choices and cascades down to operations and finance.
