|Networking in Organizations|
On November 17th IMD is happy to welcome you to an interactive Business Forum and Alumni session lead by IMD Professor Ginka Toegel. Ginka is one of IMD’s most exciting leadership professors. She teaches in many of IMD’s open programs, regularly works with top management teams on coaching and team building skills and has in recent years developed a good understanding for the Finnish market. Networking is a key skill in modern organizations. The presentation discusses what makes a good network, what are the implications of certain network patterns, and how to build and leverage networks for performance. Based on a self-assessment completed before the event, we will identify four critical networking capabilities, which produce specific positive outcomes for the networker.
