Innovation Governance for Leaders

  Innovation Governance for Leaders
Overview Who is really in charge of innovation in our companies? Who is supposed to launch and support innovation enhancement initiatives? What mechanisms should we put in place to support the innovation process? Are these responsibilities and mechanisms working satisfactorily?

Professor Jean-Philippe Deschamps will lead you through the nine governance models, how they are used, what issues they create and what kind of results can be expected. Rob van Leen, Chief Innovation Officer DSM, will illustrate the governance model at DSM as an example of effectiveness of one of the nine governance models.

The session will enable you to reflect on a question that many organisations have not formulated explicitly and will leave you with a broad overview of alternative models
