Topic: Foundations of Organizational Agility, by IMD Professor Michael Wade and guest speakers from the Italian business communities
How do organizations become agile? Organizational agility has its roots in the way management and staff work together to continually improve both processes and results. It is based in a culture of innovation and trust, and on an approach to talent that encourages constant development with a flexible approach to career paths.
During this forum, Michael Wade, Professor of Innovation and Strategic Information Management at IMD, will talk about “Agility through Mobility” and how organizations can have a flexible view on careers and talent development to gain advantage in challenging business environments.
Experts form GEA will share the outcome of a research project with their European partners based on the experience of over 500 top managers/entrepreneurs. They will also be able to provide a framework for how organizations nurture agility.
Several business leaders will share their experience in how agile organizations are driven by the stimulation of innovation.
