Leading High Impact Learning: Helping You Understand & Retain Your Best Talent

Even with the current economy, identifying, understanding and retaining your best talent is still critical. These people have choices. They can walk away from you tomorrow, so what can you do to keep them challenged, excited about showing up each morning, gladly contributing to the company beyond their job spec and collaborating seamlessly and with high energy?

Join us at IMD in Lausanne June 4/5, 2012 for our annual open house, where we will focus on those questions. In an evening and a day we will share with you our own learnings about the various populations you deal with, and we'll give you a taste of learning at IMD. We'll obviously talk about the development of these top talents (whether they be young team leaders or experienced senior executives), but we'll also touch on the context that these people work in, and what you can do to keep them.

Monday, June 4th, 2012 – starting at 17:00 (starting at 15:30 for the Optional pre-sessions)
Tuesday, June 5th, 2012 – ending at 16:15
