IMD’s learning map

Recent, radical changes in the global competitive environment have shaped the requirements for new managerial skills and expertize. Organizations today have to reinforce the competitiveness of their people by devising a comprehensive and long-term strategy for human capital.

IMD’s “learning map” has proved an efficient approach to the development of managerial skills, business leadership, and execution capabilities. At LHIL you will be introduced to the learning map approach and will use it to identify your organization’s requirements.

Audience LHIL is for senior HR specialists. Attendees have typically included human resources directors and managers, chief learning officers and leadership development directors.
