Behaviors, skills, corporate culture and performance: How does it all fit together?

  Event details
Overview IMD's new President Jean-François Manzoni invites you to join him in Copenhagen on May 31, 2017 for an interactive lunch session.

It is often said that corporate culture is more important than strategy ("Culture eats strategy for breakfast"). Although designing a successful cultural change programs is difficult it is not acceptable to remain trapped in a culture that has become inadequate. How do we evolve a corporate culture? What role does leadership play in this process? And what can we do to change the behavior of leaders and their teams?

President Jean-Francois Manzoni has been directing leadership development and change programmes for the world’s best companies for over 25 years in over 30 countries.

This afternoon will be an opportunity for him to share with you his observations and reflections on the above subjects.
