IMD Partnership Programs are consistently ranked among the best in the world. What has been the reason for this?
IMD’s revamped will give visitors the opportunity to learn about the expertise and process that goes into IMD’s custom program design and delivery. The new site also unveils how leading companies such as Carrefour, Mars and Vestas have benefited from IMD’s Partnership Programs, as well as how specific Faculty members have worked with organizations to produce desired results.
“Companies are trying to get to the top of their respective mountains,” stated Michael Stanford, Executive Director for IMD’s Partnership Programs. “However, they face internal and external challenges. IMD helps build the capabilities to improve companies’ fitness.”
IMD partners with companies in climbing their respective mountains through the following five-stage process:
- Exploration and discovery: learning about the client
- Focus: providing focus on the key, must-win battles
- Design: created together with the respective companies
- Delivery: execution of program
- Renewal: implementation of mechanism to understand impact
IMD also partners with organizations to achieve immediate business results through catalyst work.
