IMD’s MBA program was ranked first for the second consecutive year by The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) in its annual survey of international recruiters.

The Wall Street Journal rankings were based on the following criteria:

  • 3,267 MBA recruiters who have had recent recruiting experience. To qualify, a school had to receive at least 20 recruiter ratings from at least 4 countries.
  • The recruiters’ perception on 20 key attributes, such as leadership potential, teamwork skills and interpersonal qualities, and the schools “mass appeal”.

“Recruiters give IMD especially high ratings for students’ leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and personal ethics and integrity", writes Ronald Alsop of The Wall Street Journal Europe.
